ABOUT THE EDITOR

Dr. C. L. Yadav is an Assistant Professor at ILNU and serves as Co-Head of the Centre for Environmental Law, as well as the Centre for International Humanitarian Law (IHL) and Human Rights Law (HRL). He is also the Coordinator of the Nirma University Law Journal (NULJ) Committee and an Editorial Board Member of NULJ at the Institute of Law, Nirma University. Previously, he held the position of Assistant Professor of Law at Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), Gandhinagar. He was a Research Associate in Maritime Law under the Ministry of Earth Sciences, Government of India.
