Mental Health: A Holistic Perspective (Yoga and Upanishadic Management) presents an integrative approach to mental wellbeing by uniting Indian philosophical thought with modern psychology. Drawing from the Upanishads, Yogic traditions, and contemporary clinical insights, the book explores consciousness, stress, healing, and leadership through a holistic lens.

It offers evidence-based analysis of practices like āsana, prāṇāyāma, and meditation, while addressing social determinants such as dharma, community, and structural inequities. Real-life case studies illustrate the practical value of these concepts across individuals, institutions, and communities.

This work is an essential resource for scholars, mental health professionals, and all those seeking a deeper, spiritually grounded understanding of mental health.
