Dr Devinder Kaur is Associate Professor at Centre of Food Technology, University of Allahabad, Prayagraj. She obtained her degrees (B.Sc, M.Sc and Ph.D) in Food Technology from Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar. She has published more than 70 research papers in national and internationally reputed journals, 51 book chapters, 4 books and 1 patent and delivered invited, oral and poster presentations. She is reviewer of various national and international journals.

Dr Mudasir Ahmad Malik is Assistant Professor in the Department of Food Processing Technology at Ghani Khan Choudhury Institute of Engineering & Technology (GKCIET), Malda, West Bengal, India. He obtained his B.Tech from the Islamic University of Science and Technology and his M.Tech and Ph.D in food technology from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology. Dr Malik has published extensively in reputed journals, he has participated in number of national and international conferences and possesses seven years of teaching experience. His research focuses on waste utilization for value-added products, and his expertise spans food engineering, food chemistry, and fruit and vegetable processing.

Mrs. Reshma Saroj obtained his B.Sc (Bio.) degree in 2014, M.Sc in Food technology in 2016 from Central University of Allahabad, Net/JRF in Home Science from University Grant Commission and Pursuing PhD from Central University of Allahabad U.P. Currently working as Assistant Professor as Gautam Buddha University, Greater Noida. Mrs. Saroj has more than one years’ experience in teaching. Mrs. Saroj received the 2 awards. She has 6 research papers in International journals and 12 book chapters. She has participated in various National and International conferences.
