Adapa V SubbaRayudu is a distinguished legal practitioner with a career spanning over a decade, marked by his unwavering commitment to the pursuit of justice and legal excellence. Enrolled with the Bar Council of Andhra Pradesh in 2010, Mr. Adapa has since established a formidable presence in the legal landscape, particularly within the High Courts of India. Mr. Adapa’s legal journey is grounded in a strong academic background with certificates of excellence in Contracts, Jurisprudence, Taxation, law of Crimes and security laws at graduate level from Osmania University. He holds a Master of Laws (ML) in International Trade and Business Laws, which gives him a clear edge in navigating the legal intricacies of global commerce. He has also earned a Master of Arts (MA) in Criminal Law and Forensic Science from the prestigious NALSAR University of Law demonstrating his versatility and broad command over both civil and criminal legal landscapes.
In addition to his legal practice and scholarship, Mr. SubbaRayudu is committed to mentoring the next generation of legal professionals. He has guided and supervised budding lawyers, including those who have interned under his tutelage at Finnlex Law LLP, fostering a culture of excellence and ethical practice. Beyond the courtroom, Mr. SubbaRayudu has made meaningful contributions to legal scholarship. His articles—often focused on Arbitration Law—are widely read and respected, offering clarity and insight on a topic that continues to evolve.
Dr. Poosarla Bayola Kiran is an Assistant Professor at NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad. He graduated from Damodaram Sanjivayya National Law University (DSNLU), Visakhapatnam with Seven Gold Medals. Apart from being the best outgoing student, he has also secured Gold Medals in Constitutional Law, Corporate Laws, Law of Banking, Labour Laws, Criminal Law and History. He completed LL.M (Business Laws) from Andhra University with Distinction. He holds a Ph.D from Andhra University and his doctoral interest lies in ‘Resolving Service Disputes through Judicial Intervention with Special Emphasis on Selection Process: A Juristic Study’. He cleared UGC-NET in December, 2015. He has areas of interest are Sports Law, Jurisprudence, Corporate Laws and Constitutional Law. Before joining NALSAR he worked as Assistant Professor in DSNLU and School of Law, GITAM University, Visakhapatnam.
