Return & Replacement Policy
1. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
Returns or replacements may only be considered under the following conditions:

Wrong item delivered

Damaged product received

Defective printing or manufacturing defect

Missing items in the package
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof.
2. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
For any damage, missing item, or incorrect product claim, customers must provide:

A clear continuous unboxing video

Images of the package and product
-
Order details
Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be accepted.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return or refund:

Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or improper handling

Orders placed by mistake by the customer

Minor variations in color, cover finish, or printing appearance

Digital/downloadable products (if applicable)

Products purchased during clearance or special sale offers, unless damaged or incorrect
4. Replacement Process
If a replacement request is approved:

A replacement copy may be shipped after verification.

Customers may be asked to share additional photos/videos if required.

In some cases, the original product may need to be returned before replacement dispatch.
5. Return Shipping

If the issue is caused by our error (wrong or damaged product), return shipping assistance may be provided where applicable.

If the return is requested for reasons not related to product damage or fulfillment error, shipping charges may not be refundable.
6. Refund Policy
Refunds, if approved, will generally be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, or handling charges may be non-refundable in certain cases.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before shipment processing begins.
Once an order has been packed or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
8. Refused Deliveries
If a customer refuses delivery without valid reason, the order may not qualify for refund or free re-shipping.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited only to the value of the purchased product. We are not responsible for indirect losses, delayed deliveries caused by courier partners, or circumstances beyond our control.
