  • Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

  • During book launches, sales, festive periods, or high-order-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India.
For bulk orders, institutional orders, or international shipping inquiries, customers may contact us directly through the contact details available on our website.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier availability.
Approximate Delivery Timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may occasionally be affected due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Courier delays

  • Government restrictions

  • Natural disruptions

  • High-demand periods

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment.

  • We may offer free shipping on selected products, promotional campaigns, or minimum order values.

5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, tracking details may be shared through:

  • SMS

  • WhatsApp

  • Order status page (if available)

Customers are requested to use the tracking details for real-time shipment updates.
6. Packaging
We take reasonable care to ensure books are packed securely to minimize transit damage. Packaging methods may vary depending on the product type, quantity, and shipping location.
7. Delayed or Failed Deliveries
In some cases, delivery may be delayed due to reasons beyond our control. If delivery fails because:

  • Incorrect address was provided,

  • Recipient is unavailable repeatedly,

  • Contact number is unreachable,

the order may be returned to us by the courier partner. Re-shipping charges may apply for re-delivery requests.
8. Damaged Package or Missing Items
If your package appears visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Please record an unboxing video immediately upon opening the package.

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

    • Order details

    • Clear photos/videos

    • Description of the issue

Claims raised without sufficient proof may not be eligible for replacement consideration.
9. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Address

  • PIN code

  • Mobile number

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect shipping details provided during checkout.
10. Bulk Orders & Institutional Deliveries
For universities, libraries, bookstores, coaching institutes, and bulk academic purchases, delivery timelines and shipping arrangements may differ depending on quantity and destination.
